Den has sleeper sofa and TV for just playing a DVD movie. Living room has TV, wireless internet. Two bicycles, tennis racquets, charcoal and electric grill. Close to swimming pool and tennis courts. Enjoy basketball, tennis and bocce ball courts, free canoe rentals, fishing piers, playgrounds, picnic areas, and bike trails inside Bonita Bay. Ride the shuttle bus during season to our beach park with chairs, umbrellas, tables, grills, and restrooms. Tenant pays $100 application to the association, $40 per person for National Criminal Background check, copy of drivers license, and two reference letters. $45 per person for International background check. One month minimum stay required, association rules.
