What is the difference between hotels and vacation rental properties?

Vacation rentals are privately owned homes and condominiums. You will have your own property to enjoy with your family. All units have kitchens which are fully furnished for your use during your stay.

How do I get keys for the property?

Directions will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation. In general, keys will be picked up at our office for arrivals during normal business hours and after hours arrangements are available.

How is WBG regulated?

WBG has been in business for over 20 years and along with our previous work in Bonita Springs have been managing the vacation rental activities for over 30 years in the area. We are licensed through the Division of Business and Professional Regulation for the State of Florida. All deposits are held in escrow accounts until they become non-refundable.

How many people are allowed to stay in the home?

Occupancies are regulated and the maximum number of occupants is shown with each of the listings.

What do we need to bring for our stay?

All units are fully furnished including bedding and linens. Initial paper products are provided. Additional disposable supplies will need to be purchased depending on the length of your stay.

How do we make a reservation?

You may make a reservation using our web site or contact us at 800-468-8676 if you have questions or would like to reserve by phone.

What if we have a problem or question while staying?

You may contact us during normal office hours for general questions. We provide contact information for maintenance or emergencies with your check-in package upon arrival and are available 24/7 for emergencies.

When is check-in and check-out time?

Check-in is 3:00 pm on the arrival date and check-out is 10:00 am on the departure date. We request that the departure time be honored to allow for cleaning prior to the next guest arrival.

What are your office hours?

9:00 to noon and 1:00 to 4:00 Monday through Friday.

What type of security deposit is required?

We utilize a non-refundable damage insurance policy that is $39.00 in lieu of a security deposit. This eliminates the need for refunds after the stay and provides peace of mind for both owners and guests.

Does WBG offer travel insurance?

WBG of SWFL has partnered with Red Sky Travel Insurance to provide Sun Trip Preserver® coverage for our guests. Sun Trip Preserver provides cancellation and interruption services as well as emergency assistance and travel services. Protect yourself in the event of hurricane evacuations and family emergencies such as illness or death in the family. The travel insurance is optional and the cost is 6.95% of your total reservation stay.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel your reservation prior to 90 days before your arrival you will receive a full refund less $199.79. A cancellation within 90 days prior to your arrival will result in loss of all monies. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing.

What do we do upon check-out?

A complete list of departure instructions will be included in your arrival package including instructions to return keys to our office.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed in our vacation rentals.

Is smoking allowed in the properties?

No, all rental properties are non-smoking.

Is the home cleaned during our stay?

No, the homes are cleaned prior to arrival and after departure. All homes have washers and dryers for your use as well as vacuum, broom, etc.
