One car garage. Enjoy the swimming pool, hot tub and tennis courts at Harbor Landing or catch our shuttle bus to our gated beach park where we have chairs, umbrellas, picnic tables, gas grills and restrooms. There are three parks inside our gates with picnic areas, playgrounds, butterfly gardens, boardwalk to the back bays, fishing piers, free canoe rentals, tennis, basketball and bocce ball courts and miles of bike and walking trails. Enjoy dining at Back Water Jacks, our restaurant by the marina in Bonita Bay. One month minimum stay and association requires a lease and $100 application fee paid by the tenant.
